It is my personal observation and experience that it takes time for the body to reach a true state of relaxation. Unfortunately, the vast majority of massages available today happen to stop just when the body starts to experience this state.
As such, I only offer longer massages so that every client can experience a total release of tension. Everybody is unique, hence every massage is just as unique in catering to their specific needs.. These massages combine a meditative flow of rhythmic pressure, acupressure release, meridian lines and lymphatic drainage. These are brought together by gentle harmonic movement and assisted restorative yoga postures..

This is a therapeutic, strong, deep working massage. Each massage is tailored to the individual's needs which makes no two massages ever the same, and a longer time period is needed to reach the desired result.
You can expect to experience tenderness and even some good pain in areas as we work through the blockages and imbalances. This will restore the free movement of energy in the body which balances and promotes a deep state of healing relaxation, leaving you feeling light and rejuvenated.
