To me, Yoga is like a friend: always there and ready to accept you just the way you are, but also gently pushing you to be better.
I teach traditional Hatha, Gentle flow and Restorative Yoga.
My Yoga programs are nine weeks long and are built around the needs and desires of the client.
A MONTHLY RESTORATIVE YOGA MEDITATION EVENING
Small group sessions are done in person with light refreshments of homemade snacks and tea.
